Your privacy is very important to Ydence Company. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with information we learn about you at the online store www.ydence.com.

Processing orders
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this purpose, we use your payment details, name and address details, email address, phone number, and billing address. We need these due to the contract we conclude with you. We retain this information for up to two years after your order is completed and for seven years thereafter (which is the legal retention period).
Provision to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us, as mentioned above.
For processing orders, we work with:

Contact form and Newsletter
You can ask us questions or make requests using the contact form.
For this purpose, we use your email address and name and address details. We need these due to the contract we conclude with you. We retain this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and for six months thereafter. This allows us to easily retrieve the information for follow-up questions. It also helps us train our customer service to become even better.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it, you will find news, tips, and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also indicate this through your account. Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your permission. This data will be stored for up to three months after you have canceled the subscription.
Your account
For certain parts of our online store, you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this, we create an account, which you can log into with that username and a self-chosen password.
For this purpose, we use your name and address details, phone number, email address, and billing address. We need these due to the contract we conclude with you. We retain this information for up to six months after you have canceled the account.
We store this information so that you do not have to enter it repeatedly and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary with the online store. You can change information via your account whenever you want.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

- via social media
You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also indicate this through your account.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will under no circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of a suspected crime).
Cookies
Our online store uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to enter it repeatedly. But we can also use them to see that you are visiting us again.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they may track. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We have Google anonymize the IP addresses.

The security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We continuously adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.
Changes to this privacy statement
When our online store changes, we must, of course, also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and regularly check if there are new versions. We will do our best to also announce changes separately.
