Ydence Company : established in Amsterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 34348355, trading under the name Ydence Company.

Customer : the natural person who, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, enters into an Agreement with Ydence Company and/or has registered on the Website. Article 3. Formation of Agreement

Article 4. Registration

Article 5. Execution of Agreement
5.1. Once the order has been received by Ydence Company, Ydence Company will send the products with
compliance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Article as soon as possible.
5.2. Ydence Company is entitled to engage third parties to perform the obligations that
arising from the Agreement.
5.3. The delivery period is in principle 1-3 working days. The method of delivery may vary
ways and is at the discretion of Ydence Company.
5.4. If Ydence Company cannot deliver the products within the agreed period, it will

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. This article only applies to the Customer being a natural person who does not act in the
exercise of his profession or business.
6.2. The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement concluded remotely with Ydence Company within 14 days after

6.8. Amounts already paid (in advance) by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14
