With a creative and ambitious team, we design our own women's collections, which we sell through our webshop and through hundreds of retailers throughout Europe.
What will you do?
As a Customer Care Employee, you are the first point of contact for both our consumers (B2C) and our retailers (B2B). You ensure that every contact moment runs smoothly and pleasantly and that our customers can count on a service that feels as good as our collections. From returns and exchanges to tracking a missing package: you arrange it. With your solution-oriented approach and eye for detail, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining contact with our retailers and supporting them where necessary

Answering questions via email and phone
- Processing returns, exchanges, and complaints
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Coordinating the entire after-sales process, from A to Z
- Contributing ideas on how we can continuously improve our service
