Return instructions

Have you received an order and for whatever reason it does not meet your expectations? You can easily return or exchange your purchase.

Please note: return costs are at your own expense. If you return more than 4 items, an extra fee of €0.50 per item will apply.

1. Register return

  • Scan the QR code on the packing slip or visit https://ydence-returns.returnista.com/.

  • Select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred return method.

  • Important: You have 14 days to register your return. Return costs are at your own expense.

2. Packing

  • Neatly place the items and the packing slip back into the original packaging.

  • Items must be in unworn condition and include their original labels.

  • Attach the return label to the package and remove the old shipping label.

3. Shipping / Pick up

  • Depending on your chosen return method, drop off the package at the designated parcel point or schedule a pickup.

  • Ensure this is done within 5 working days after registering your return.

4. Processing

Once the package has been delivered to us, you will receive an email confirmation. If the items meet our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days to the original payment account. If you have chosen store credit, you will receive your store credit code with an additional 10% bonus, via email.

Please note: Returning your package is at your own expense. If you return more than 4 items from your order, you will pay €0.50 extra per item.

Free exchange

Would you rather exchange the item for a different size? That is also no problem. Register your exchange within 14 days and follow the return procedure as shown above. If the product is in stock in the desired size, this item will be sent to you free of charge as soon as we have received your return!

Store credit 

Would you prefer store credit instead of a refund? As a token of appreciation, we will add 10% extra store credit to your return amount!

  • No expiration date, but store credit can only be used once (remaining balance will expire).
  • Select this option when registering your return at https://ydence-returns.returnista.com/.
  • After processing your return, you’ll receive the store credit via email.
